Icy Watermelon Mojitos

Did you know that in addition to creating healthy recipes I love mixology? I wanted to share this refreshing treat for all you Scramblers who are 21 and over and enjoy summer cocktails.

Icy Watermelon Mojitos
6 servings

4 cups chopped watermelon
2 limes, juice only
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups ice
1 cup rum
1/2 cup triple sec or other orange liqueur

In a blender combine all ingredients. Serve immediately over ice or straight up.

For a Non-alcoholic version, blend the following:

6 cups chopped watermelon
2 limes, juice only
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups ice
