1/2 - 1cupcrumbled feta cheeseor use real Greek feta in brine for best results
1/4red onionsliced or finely diced
1Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1tsp. red wine vinegar
2Tbsp.fresh oreganoor mint, or use 1 - 2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese.
Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup sliced or finely diced red onion, if desired.
Toss it with the oil and vinegar.
Add oregano or mint and add black pepper to taste.
