2Tbsp. low fat plain yogurt or sour creamor use any variety
1/8lemonjuice only, about 1 tsp.
1Tbsp. honey
6cupsseasonal mixed fruitsuch as strawberries, apples, blueberries, pears, bananas, mango, kiwi, grapes, and/or melon, cut into pieces
Instructions
Combine the yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, and honey in a medium bowl. Add the fresh fruit and stir gently.
