Packed with fruits, veggies, and protein, this is a favorite smoothie in our house--even my 10-year-old who has never been a fan of smoothies chugs this one down happily!
1/2cuplow fat plain or fruit flavored kefiror use any variety
1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
1cuporange juicepreferably fresh squeezed
1orangepeeled
2stalks celerycut into thirds
3leaveskalestemmed and coarsely chopped or ripped
1bananafresh or frozen
1cupfrozen or fresh strawberries
1/2cucumberpeeled if desired, cut into thirds
2Tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until smooth and serve.
