The first smoothie I ever had was a strawberry-banana smoothie and I immediately knew I was hooked. This version is healthy enough for a nourishing snack or breakfast, but sweet enough to serve as dessert (and who doesn't love that?!).
1cuplow fat plain or vanilla yogurt (or use any variety)
1cupkale, spinach, or other greensoptional
Instructions
In a blender, puree the strawberries, bananas, orange juice, and yogurt, and serve immediately. For an extra nutritional boost add a cup of kale, spinach, or other greens before you start blending.
