2cupsblueberries or wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
2cupskalestemmed and coarsely chopped or torn
1/2cupwalnuts
1 1/2bananasfresh or frozen
1/4cupdried goji berriesor use dried cranberries
3Tbsp.chia seeds
3Tbsp. cocoa nibsalso called raw chocolate or cacao, or use 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of ice, blend until smooth, and serve.
