12oz. broccoli slaw or coleslaw (sold with bagged salads)
2Tbsp. mayonnaise
2tsp. Chinese or Dijon mustard (use wheat/gluten-free, if needed)
1Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce (or use any variety) (use wheat/gluten-free, if needed)
1Tbsp.rice vinegar or rice wine vinegar
1Tbsp. honey
1Tbsp.toasted sesame seeds (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Put the broccoli slaw or coleslaw in a serving bowl. In a measuring cup or small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss it thoroughly. You can prepare it and store it in the refrigerator up to 2 days in advance.
