Carrot Ginger Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This delicious blend of superfoods tastes refreshingly sweet and thick. Think pink with a tinge of orange.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup lowfat pomegranate kefir or any fruit flavored kefir
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. goji berries
  • 2 - 3 carrots depending on size
  • 1 tsp. ginger peeled
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or use fresh
  • 1/2 lemon juice only
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Puree all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
