2tsp. Dijon mustard use wheat/gluten-free if needed
1/4lemonjuice only, about 1 Tbsp.
Instructions
If using fresh beans, trim the ends, if needed. In a medium saucepan, bring 1/2-inch of water to a boil.
Add the green beans, cover, reduce the heat, and steam them for 6 - 8 minutes until they reach desired tenderness.
Drain them, return them to the pot, and stir in the butter or margarine, mustard, and lemon juice, and serve immediately.
