Ingredients

peeled and diced

crumbled feta cheese
or use real Greek feta in brine for best results

red onion
sliced or finely diced

extra virgin olive oil

tsp.
red wine vinegar

fresh oregano
or mint, or use 1 - 2 tsp. dried oregano

tsp.
black pepper
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese.
Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup sliced or finely diced red onion, if desired.
Toss it with the oil and vinegar.
Add oregano or mint and add black pepper to taste.
