  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups low fat plain or vanilla yogurt (or use any variety)


  • In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, bananas, yogurt, and 1 cup of ice until smooth.
