8oz. fresh mozzarella cheesesliced, or use crumbled feta or blue cheese

1tsp. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Layer the tomatoes with the mozzarella and the basil leaves and drizzle it with the vinegar. (For a lower fat version, skip the mozzarella and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese or blue cheese on top of the sliced tomatoes instead.)
