This breakfast is packed with protein and fiber to start the day off right. To help the mornings run more smoothly, pre-portion out the yogurt and store in small containers and do the same with the granola and raisins so that all each family member needs to do is grab, pour together, and stir!
1/2cuplow fat granola or make your own granola, see the link below for homemade directions, or use any variety, use wheat/gluten-free, if needed
1/2cupraisinsor use fresh grapes or berries
Instructions
In small serving bowls, top 1/4 of the yogurt with 1 - 2 Tbsp. granola and 1 - 2 tsp. raisins, or use fresh grapes or berries. To make your own granola, try The Scramble's 7-minute version.
