We use the information that you have provided about yourself to increase our knowledge of how to improve the products we offer to our subscribers and followers. What Information Is Collected?

You are free to explore the site without providing any information. If you should decide to receive free downloadable content or sign up for our email list we will collect your name and email address. If you should decide to purchase an ebook or meal plan we will collect your name and email address, as well as your credit card information solely for the purpose of purchasing the item (see below for more information on credit card information).

We use information we collect from you to gain more understanding of how people use our site. We do not sell the information or make your email addresses available to third parties (except for subsidiaries, subcontractors or agencies acting on our behalf in compliance with this Privacy Policy). The Scramble is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. Arbitration

The Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of any such arbitration shall be in or near Montgomery County, Maryland. The parties also agree that the AAA Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection shall apply to the proceedings.
