Don't you love it when a healthy dish tastes like a special treat? This smoothie is just that! Plus you can make it ahead of time and freeze or refrigerate for a fabulous make-ahead breakfast option.

Course Breakfast, Drinks, Snack
Cuisine American
Servings 4 servings

  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt (or use any variety)
  • 2 cups mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Tip: Freeze a smoothie?! Yes! We love to freeze smoothies in reusable pouches (affiliate link) to then put into lunches. You can even use them as the ice pack to keep other food cold and then they'll be thawed by lunchtime!
