Mediterranean 7-Layer Dinner Dip LW

This dinner is perfect for a warm summer evening—it still has enough healthy ingredients, protein and calories to keep us satisfied (plus it meets half of our daily goal for dietary fiber!) and it doesn’t require any cooking at all. LOVE this recipe. Entire family ate it up, yet we had some leftovers for work the next day. I opened it at work and everyone in the room said “what IS that, it smells fantastic.” And it was. 5 stars.

the 7 layer dip was fantastic!! I did what Laurel suggested and added a bit of salmon. It was great either in the pita bread, or just plain with no bread. I can’t believe the flavor!!

Both of these recipes were terrific! We added grilled salmon to make it a more filling meal. I had no idea how easy it could be to make key lime pie…this will definitely become a favorite.
