- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup lowfat pomegranate kefir or any fruit flavored kefir
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. goji berries
- 2 - 3 carrots depending on size
- 1 tsp. ginger peeled
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or use fresh
- 1/2 lemon juice only
- 1/2 cup ice
