Easy and Healthy Yogurt and Berry Parfaits

Jessica Braider
These are a great way to start your morning (or end your day as dessert). They are so simple to make and full of flavor and texture. Just keep in mind that if you prepare it in advance, you may want to wait until you’re ready to eat it to sprinkle on the granola. That way it won’t get soggy.
Prep Time 10 mins
Total Time 10 mins
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 cups nonfat or low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 - 6 cups strawberries and/or blueberries
  • 4 - 6 Tbsp. granola (use gluten-free, if needed)

Instructions

  • In each glass, layer 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt with 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries and/or blueberries (thawed, if frozen) and sprinkle 1 Tbsp. granola on top. (This is a perfect time to break out those tall sundae glasses if you have any.)
