Fruit Salad with Lime Dressing
This bright version of a perennial classic will have everyone at the table clamoring for more!
- 3 - 6 cups seasonal mixed fruit such as strawberries, apples, blueberries, pears, bananas, mango, kiwi, grapes, and/or melon
- 1 tsp. superfine sugar optional
- 1/4 lime juice only, about 1 tsp. (optional)
- Combine the fruit in a bowl. For an optional dressing, dissolve the sugar in the lime juice and toss the mixture gently with the fruit.
