
Lightweight Smoothies
Light, bright, and oh so delicious. These smoothies pack in protein, fruit, and veggies making them a great option to start your day or add some pep to your step as an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat strawberry kefir or use any variety
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches no sugar added
- 1 carrot cut into thirds
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until smooth and serve.
