Light, bright, and oh so delicious. These smoothies pack in protein, fruit, and veggies making them a great option to start your day or add some pep to your step as an afternoon snack.

Servings 4 servings


  • 1 cup low fat strawberry kefir (or use any variety)
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches (no sugar added)
  • 1 carrot cut into thirds


  • Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until smooth and serve.
