
Ambrosia Fruit Salad
This updated version of a classic your grandmother likely made, hits all the right notes with a little tang, a little sweet, and a whole lot of flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. low fat plain yogurt or sour cream or use any variety
- 1/8 lemon juice only, about 1 tsp.
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 6 cups seasonal mixed fruit such as strawberries, apples, blueberries, pears, bananas, mango, kiwi, grapes, and/or melon, cut into pieces
Instructions
- Combine the yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, and honey in a medium bowl. Add the fresh fruit and stir gently.
