Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. low fat plain yogurt or sour cream or use any variety
  • 1/8 lemon juice only, about 1 tsp.
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 6 cups seasonal mixed fruit such as strawberries, apples, blueberries, pears, bananas, mango, kiwi, grapes, and/or melon, cut into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Combine the yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, and honey in a medium bowl. Add the fresh fruit and stir gently.
