Carrot and Apple Salad
This simple salad with just four ingredients has been a Scramble favorite for years!
- 3 carrots shredded
- 2 apples any variety, peeled and shredded
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 lemon juice only, 1 Tbsp.
- Toss the carrots and apples with the orange juice and lemon juice.
- Chill the salad for at least 10 minutes before serving, if time allows.
