This simple salad with just four ingredients has been a Scramble favorite for years!

  • 3 carrots shredded
  • 2 apples any variety, peeled and shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 lemon juice only, 1 Tbsp.


  • Toss the carrots and apples with the orange juice and lemon juice.
  • Chill the salad for at least 10 minutes before serving, if time allows.
