Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce or use any variety, use wheat/gluten-free, if needed
  • 1 Tbsp. sriracha Vietnamese hot sauce
  • 1 lb. broccoli cut into spears
  • 8 oz. sliced cremini or white button mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Combine the oil, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl and whisk together with a fork.
  • In a large bowl, toss the mixture with the broccoli and mushrooms.
  • Spread them on a baking sheet and roast them for about 20 minutes, turning once, until they are browned in spots and tender.
