Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions
 

  • Toss the cucumbers with the feta cheese, mint, and honey. Serve immediately or chill for up to one hour until ready to serve.
